R.A.I.D.S.
- Tease out Assumptions by asking yourself "What things could change that would result in me changing my estimate?"
- When trying to identify the R.A.I.D.S. of a project list everything that worries you, then classify.
Sticky Notes
- For better stickiness, peel off sticky notes parallel to the sticky edge (as opposed to grabbing the opposite edge and ripping towards the sticky edge).
Voting techniques
- When facilitating dot-voting consider giving participants three (say) dots to vote with, plus permission to remove one dot from an option they don't want.
